Penny Rugs and Pillows By Marianne Michaels

Here are some more of the beautiful projects that Marianne Michaels has made.  She is very talented, especilly when working with wool.  She dyes the wool too.  If you are interested in any of the projects please check out Corn Wagon Quilt shop in Springville, Utah.  She has been working there for years and I am sure they will be more than willing to help you out.  The staff there is so friendly and the stuff they have makes you want to buy it all.  They send out great emails so you may want to be on their email list.  They also have a blog.
These pillows are nice.  They definitely are different styles and so cute.

This is a sewing kit.  There are better pictures further on down in this blog.

This is a penny rug because of the circles on the outer edge.

This is called wool crazy.  I think it is a Primitive Gatherings pattern.  I think it is darling.

This is the inside of the sewing kit.  It has a needle book and a pin cushion.  It is really nice.

Marianne uses quite a bit of wool thread.  They sell it at the Corn Wagon and she also like the pearl cotton like the Valdani.

This is a project she is working on now.

These are eggs.  Wouldn't you love to get one of these at Easter or any time.

I love this bird.

This is an amazing penny rug.

You thought you were done seeing all the wonderful things Marianne has done.  Don't miss out on the beautifully made rugs that she has hooked in my next post.
