February Quilt Guild Show and Tell

February Quilt Guild was a lot of fun.  We have such great ladies and they have beautiful quilts.  This first quilt is Gwen's.  It is a Civil War pattern and quilted with the traditional "Baptist Fan" pattern.  It is beautiful.

This is Lorna and she is showing her dresden plate.
This is beautiful.  The stitching is so nice.  It tells the history of the Quilt Walk and Panguitch.

Claudia made this circle baby quilt.  It is delightful.
Claudia is also making eagle quilts for her grandsons.
Nan made this with the new pineapple ruler and didn't like the quilt so she gave it to Claudia.  I think it is beautiful.  I do wonder if she liked the ruler.

These Route 66 quilts were from a retreat at Ruby's Inn that just happened in February.  Jan, Claudia, Debbie, Rhea, and others took the class and they left with the completed top.  It sure turned out well.

The large churn dash quilt is Roxanna's quilt.  She just got a new long arm so we are excited to see what she quilts into this cute quilt top.

Katherine has been really busy.  She made some reversible aprons.  She also made the beautiful star quilt.

I think she called this a Thimbleberries Basket.

This is a carpenter star.

The quilting on this is so nice.

The roses quilted into this really look great.  What a nice quilt.

This is another carpenter star.

We have a mystery quilter each month.  We get some clues about someone and then we guess.  This month was Dianne.  She showed us some of the great quilts she made.
This is one of the early quilts that Dianne made.  She said her mother would buy her all the fabric she wanted if she would sew.

Dianne recently made these two quilts.  They are darling.  The yellow and black quilt is a Jenny Doan pattern.
Dianne is pointing out the block.  This is quite a popular quilt design.

This one is also Dianne's.  It is beautiful.  Now just think after it is quilted it will be even more pretty.
