Pine Needles

Pine Needles in West Jordan, Utah is a fun shop to see.  They have loads of lovely displays to inspire you to sew.  They not only have fabric and quilt patterns but also stitcheries, softies, dresses and aprons, bags and more.

These are mini quilts.

These are adorable decorative quilts.  

This one is so cute.  Clothes on a clothes line.  I am glad I don't have to hang clothes all the time any more.

I have seen these on pinterest.  It is made with pillows that all fold out to make a bed.

This quilt reminds the girls that they are daughters of God.  

This is cute.  I think it gathered up to make a bag for the cars.

The baby quilts were darling.  This one was so soft.

This is a doll house.  The top come off for easy play.

A BYU table runner for the BYU fan.

I love this fabric.  The car seat cover is cute too.  This is an old line of fabric but if it were around I think I would buy some.

This is the row for the row by row challenge.  They made it into a table runner.

My friend Dianne made two of these quilts.  They are really cute.  I love how scrappy this one looks.

This shop has a lot to offer.  I recommend it to all of you.  It is located in the Gardner Village.  While you are there don't miss out on the fried avacados in Archibald's.  They are fabulous.

Guild Dying Wool At The Park

We were just dying at our last guild meeting.  We were able to dye our wool and have a picnic.  It was fun to see what colors we came up with.

These are the show and tell quilts.  The sun was not very cooperative as I took the pictures.

I love this soft knit blanket.

I wish I would have taken pictures of the wool we dyed.  They turned out beautifully.

Meet The Teachers At The Quilt Walk

We had a night, at the Quilt Walk, to meet the teachers and see what they were teaching.  This was Emily Bailey's.

LaReesa Baldwin taught these quilts.  She is also an extremely talented quilter.  She resides in Beaver if you are interested in having her quilt for you.

My friend went to this class that Emily taught and she said it was wonderful.  My friend is a beginner  and felt it was beginner friendly.

I think this is Brenda Bailey.  I heard her class was a technique class.  I also heard it was full of information.

Lynette Bingham taught Choose this Day.  The photo does not do this quilt justice.  

I Love this quilt.  I think it is also Lynette Bingham's.

This is Bird on a wire.  Cute.  This was supposed to be taught by Maudi Borget.

These flowers were done with chenille I think.  They were so cute.  This was taught by Annette Rawlinson.  They Quilt Walk had some really fun classes at a great price.  These were just a few of the classes that were offered.  Check in February to see what classes are offered this next year.
